The Tracksuit Edit

What was originally a piece of sportswear rarely seen away from the track, is now undoubtedly a cosy classic. The tracksuit is something that's synonymous with casual weekends in front of the TV or hanging out with mates for a game or two of FIFA but that's not to say that it's something that can't be dressed up thanks to modern detailing including distressing, elongated hems and biker details.

So how exactly do you dress a tracksuit so that you don't look like you're heading to or from the gym? Well there's a couple of options and each gives a unique look. Check them out below and let us know how you wear them by tagging us in your #boohooMANstyle looks.

Overcoats

Just because you're wearing a tracksuit doesn't mean that it has to be totally casual. Smarten things up by layering an overcoat with your hoodie. Finish the look with a baseball cap and a pair of low-top trainers and you're on to a winner form the off.

Separates

Just because you're wearing one half of the tracksuit doesn't necessarily mean that you have to wear the whole thing. Jogging bottoms no longer need the matching top to look the part and can be worn with contrasting jackets. Give your jogger options a refresh with some jersey cargo trousers and wear it with a plain crew neck t-shirt and a washed out denim jacket.
