Best Of The Week 16/01-22/01

Paris Fashion Week, Premier League football and the inauguration of President Donald Trump has given a week of mixed emotions for many but there's certainly been some winners and losers.

Goodbye Barak Obama

The only president to truly be the attention of so many memes for the right reasons, this week the world said goodbye to Barak Obama as President of the United States and hello to casual Barak, king of the dad-jean. Even in leaving the White House by Helicopter, he oozed the cool confidence that we've grown to love. We don't know what will be next, other than Chicago's Obama Foundation, but we can guarantee that he'll continue to be featured in those style guides.Obama out. Mic drop.

Rooney The Record Breaker

Wayne Rooney may have fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford with the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic bagging goals on a weekly basis, but this week he finally put the ball into the back of the net to become the leading goalscorer for the Red Devils. Love him or hate him, to be the record goalscorer for club and country is some feat in this age and at 31 years of age, you'd think that he still has some left in the tank. Congratulations Rooney, just don't take that offer from China.

Young Thug

This week saw Young Thug release the video for his hit single from the Jeffery album, Wyclef Jean. Whilst everything that could have gone wrong did, the video is absolutely outstanding even if it doesn't feature much in the way of Young Thug himself. It's not very often that a music video goes viral but this one did, thanks to the miniature cars, rubber bats, police uniform wearing kids, a bag of Cheetos and a sausage.
